Exhibition floors are curated products: too many lookalike booths and attendees stop walking. This application collects what curation needs – the exhibitor's products and differentiation, target-audience fit, booth size and services required, and prior-show performance if returning.

Treat it as a selection instrument rather than an order form. The differentiation question is doing the real work: an applicant who cannot distinguish themselves from the three neighbours you would seat them beside will produce exactly the stretch of floor that attendees walk past on their way to the coffee.

The what-attendees-will-see-demoed question raises floor quality by itself: exhibitors who commit to a demo in writing bring one. Keep the answers and use them for the floor plan – clustering genuinely different propositions and separating direct lookalikes gives every exhibitor a better show, and gives you the traffic pattern that makes next year's stands easier to sell.
