Grocery Store Feedback Survey

Freshness, prices, queues, and availability – the weekly shop, rated.

4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start

Grocery loyalty is habit, and habits break on specifics: produce that disappointed twice, the queue at the only open till, the staple that keeps being out. This survey rates the weekly-shop fundamentals and asks which items the shopper could not find – the availability write-ins that store managers can act on the same week.

Run it continuously at low volume (receipt QR) rather than in bursts; grocery problems are weekday-and-hour specific, and a steady trickle of responses maps them.
