Pop-up Store Feedback
The temporary store's report card: discovery, experience, and permanent appetite.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Pop-ups test markets with theatre, and the survey is the test's readout: how visitors discovered it, what the experience delivered beyond shelves, purchase behaviour, and the permanent-store appetite question the whole exercise exists to answer.
The came-because answers rank your launch channels, and they rank them honestly – a pop-up that filled on passing footfall alone learned nothing about your marketing, while one that filled on a single Instagram post has just told you where the next lease should be advertised. Ask it before the walls come down, while visitors can still picture the space.
The would-visit-permanent segment sizes the lease decision, but read it against the discovery answer rather than on its own: enthusiasm from people who happened to be walking past is a different number from enthusiasm from people who travelled to find you. Only the second kind follows you to a permanent address.
