Price Perception Audit
Are you seen as expensive? The image-versus-reality check on price position.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Price image detaches from price reality, in both dangerous directions: cheap-perceived retailers leave margin unearned, expensive-perceived ones lose visits they price-match for anyway. This audit measures the image – overall position perceived, category-level expectations, and the specific items that anchor the impression.
The anchor-items answers are the fix: price perception hangs on a handful of known-value items, and knowing yours lets you price the rest in peace.
