Corporate Training Evaluation
Fee justified? Cohort fit, blockers to applying it, and the 30-day commitment.
6 questions · 1 page · about 3 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Commissioned training is defended in a budget meeting months after the room empties, and smile sheets are no defence. This evaluation gathers what a renewal conversation actually needs: whether the room was pitched at the right level for the people in it, the single behaviour each participant commits to changing, and – the question most evaluations miss – what will stop them doing it when they get back to their desk.
That blocker question is the one that converts training spend into outcomes. A cohort that names manager pushback or missing tooling is telling the sponsor that the next session is not the problem. Re-send the commitment line at 30 days and you have before-and-after evidence rather than a satisfaction average.
