Smart Meter Experience Survey
After the upgrade: installation, the in-home display, and whether usage behaviour changed.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
Smart meters promise informed customers and deliver, too often, a blinking display nobody consults. This survey measures the rollout's real outcome: installation experience, whether the in-home display and app are understood and used, billing accuracy since, and the point of it all – did visible usage change any behaviour.
The behaviour-change answers justify (or challenge) the programme's energy-saving claims with customer evidence regulators increasingly ask for.
