Trial Exit Survey
Ask expiring trials what happened – value missed, blockers hit, or timing wrong.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
A trial that ends without conversion is not a rejection; it is an unfinished story. This exit survey, sent as the trial expires, asks what the user was hoping to solve, how far they got, and what stopped them – price, missing features, no time to evaluate, or simply the wrong quarter.
The no-time answers are your nurture list: they wanted the product and ran out of runway. Offer them an extension in the follow-up and watch a second-chance cohort convert.
