Wholesale Buyer Feedback
Your stockists on margins, sell-through, support, and reorder intent.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Wholesale relationships are portfolio decisions made at reorder time. This buyer survey reads the decision early: sell-through honesty by line, margin adequacy, marketing support that actually moves units in their store, and delivery reliability into their stockroom – plus reorder intent with the ranges named.
Send it in the window between the season landing and the next order being placed. Buyers surveyed at the point of ordering give you the negotiation, not the assessment; the same buyers a few weeks earlier will tell you which lines sat, which sizes ran out, and what they wish they had ordered instead.
The what-sells-what-sits answers per stockist tune your line sheet better than any showroom conversation. Delivery reliability deserves more weight than it usually gets – a range that arrives after the season it was bought for has failed completely regardless of how well it would have sold, and it is the reason buyers most often give for quietly reducing an order without ever raising a complaint.
