Flash Sale & Promotion Feedback
Did the promotion land? Awareness, clarity, stock, and the brand aftertaste.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Promotions are judged twice: by the sales spike and by the aftertaste. This survey measures both – how customers heard, whether the deal mechanics were clear, whether the advertised stock was actually there (the trust-burner of flash sales), and whether the discount felt genuine or theatrical.
The genuine-discount question is the brand-health check: customers who suspect fake pricing buy the sale and leave the brand. Run this within days of the promotion closing.
