Personal Shopping Feedback
The styled experience: brief understood, selections, pressure level, and outcomes.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Personal shopping converts service into basket when the stylist listens first and sells second. This feedback measures the craft: brief and taste understood, selection quality beyond the customer's own habits, honest no-pressure atmosphere, and the keep-rate of what went home.
Send it two to four weeks after the appointment, not the same evening. The question that matters is how much of the haul is actually being worn, and that answer does not exist until the clothes have survived a few mornings of real choice in front of a wardrobe.
The stretched-my-style-successfully answer is the service's unique value: anyone can fetch what customers already buy. Read it alongside the wear-rate, because the two together separate the stylist who is genuinely expanding a customer's range from the one who is talking people into things – high stretch with low wear is a return rate waiting to happen, and it burns the trust the whole service runs on.
