Software Rollout Feedback Survey
After a new tool lands: adoption friction, training gaps, and workflow fit.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Tool rollouts are declared successful by the people who chose the tool; the truth lives with the people who must use it. This survey, sent two to four weeks after go-live, measures real adoption – daily-workflow fit, training adequacy, performance versus the old way – and captures the workarounds users have already invented, which are your gap list.
The old-way-was-better answers deserve respect, not defensiveness: they either reveal missing configuration or missing requirements, and both are fixable while the rollout is young.
