1.Anonymous, and built to stay that way
Switch on anonymous collection and the IP address, browser details and invitation identity are kept out of the response: they are not saved with the answers, not just hidden when you read them. Anonymous responses carry only the day, not the time, in exports. Every survey page tells your people what is recorded, built from the survey's real settings.
2.Small teams stay hidden
Any breakdown smaller than the minimum reporting group is hidden everywhere: filters, cross-tabs, segments, trends, public results and the AI. It is 5 by default and applies automatically to anonymous surveys, with complementary suppression so a hidden group cannot be worked out by subtraction.
3.Scores and comments, read with you
eNPS is scored for you: promoters, passives, detractors and the signed score. Automatic segments split it by every single-answer question you ask, such as team, site or length of service, and flag groups under 30. Switch AI analysis on for the survey and it finds the themes in written comments, with representative quotes, and can write a Decision Report with a verdict and recommended actions.
4.Invite, remind and share the work
On Pro, invite people by email with personal links, send at a date and time you choose, and let automatic reminders go to the people who have not answered. On Business, keep staff as contact lists, share the workspace with up to 10 colleagues as Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer, and limit a member to the surveys they need.

Questions people ask
If we invite staff by email, can we see who answered what?
Not when the invitation collects anonymously. The response holds no link to the person invited. The invitation still knows whether each person has answered, so reminders go only to those who have not, but you are shown counts, never names, and Thisys warns you before an anonymous invitation goes to too few people.
Can we compare departments without exposing a small team?
Yes. Breakdowns smaller than the minimum reporting group (5 by default on anonymous surveys, and adjustable) are hidden in every view and from the AI. Cross-tabs by department are on Pro; automatic segments are on every plan.
Does it detect tax file numbers people type into comments?
Yes. Protect finds tax file, Medicare and ABN numbers in a survey's responses using their checksums, and shared results and shared reports mask them. From a finding you can strip the found values from that response in one audited action.
What does it cost?
Free covers unlimited surveys and 1,000 answers a month, which is about 100 complete responses to a 10-question survey (an answer is one person answering one question). Pro is US$19 a month and adds email invitations with reminders, cross-tabs and 50,000 answers. Business is US$99 a month and adds saved contact lists and a team workspace of up to 10. Prices exclude taxes. Customers in Australia are billed in Australian dollars, and the A$ price and GST are shown before you pay.
