The demo is read-only and uses example business data rather than a council's. Once inside, open Brew Haven Coffee Festival 2026 — Attendee Feedback from My Surveys to see feedback collected on site by QR code and its report.

1.Reach everyone, not only the loudest

Share a web link, print a QR code for posters and letterbox drops, or put a tablet in kiosk mode at the library or service centre; it clears itself for the next person. Require an access code for a closed panel. On Pro, offer the survey in more than one language and embed it in your own website. On Business, type in submissions taken on paper or by phone so they join the same analysis.

2.Handle personal information carefully

Every survey page tells respondents what is recorded and names your organisation as the data controller. On Pro, show a consent notice with acceptance recorded against the response, and choose how long responses are kept; every new survey starts at 24 months. Protect finds tax file, Medicare and ABN numbers in responses. Find everything held about one person across your surveys, then export it as one zip or erase it in one confirmed, audited action.

3.Read every submission, honestly

Closed questions are counted in full. Switch AI analysis on and it finds the themes in written submissions with representative quotes, reading up to 200 answers per question spread evenly across the consultation, and the report says how many it read out of how many. On Pro, compare suburbs or wards with cross-tabs and weight responses by one variable.

4.Report back to the community

Edit and approve a Decision Report, then share a read-only link (Pro) that masks emails, phone numbers, names, street addresses, TFN, Medicare and card numbers. Export it to PowerPoint, Word or PDF for council papers, and the responses to CSV, Excel or SPSS.

Questions people ask

Where is our data held?

The Privacy Policy's section on where data is stored and international transfers sets this out, including the limited data some providers handle outside Australia. The Security page names every provider that processes data.

Is Thisys IRAP assessed, or certified to SOC 2?

No, and we do not claim either. SOC 2 is on our list as “under consideration”. The Security page sets out what is in place today.

Can people respond on paper or by phone?

Yes. The questionnaire exports as a printable PDF or an editable Word document on every plan, and on Business manual entry lets you type the paper and phone responses in so they join the same analysis.

What does it cost?

Free covers unlimited surveys and 1,000 answers a month, which is about 100 complete responses to a 10-question survey (an answer is one person answering one question). Pro is US$19 a month and adds consent notices, retention windows, more than one language, shareable results pages and 50,000 answers. Business is US$99 a month and adds manual entry of paper and phone responses and a team workspace of up to 10. Prices exclude taxes. Customers in Australia are billed in Australian dollars, and the A$ price and GST are shown before you pay.
