Hear from every customer and patient while you can still act.

Collect feedback after every visit by link, QR code or a tablet at the counter, then read it as themes and a verdict, not a spreadsheet. Anonymous where honesty needs it. Free to start.

The demo is read-only and uses example data. Once inside, open Riverside Family Clinic — Patient Experience from My Surveys, or Brew Haven Customer Experience Survey 2026 to see a Decision Report.

1.Ask at the moment

Print a QR code for the poster, receipt or table, paste the link into a text message or an email, or put a tablet at reception in kiosk mode. After each response the tablet offers a Start New Response button, and after a spell of inactivity it clears itself for the next person.

2.Honest answers, handled properly

Anonymous collection keeps the IP address, browser details and invitation identity out of the response: they are not saved with the answers. Every survey page tells respondents what is recorded. On Pro, add a consent notice and choose how long responses are kept.

3.Read it without a spreadsheet

NPS is scored for you. The AI finds the themes in written comments, with representative quotes, and can write a Decision Report: a verdict, ranked findings and recommended actions, with its figures checked against your data. AI analysis is off for a survey until you switch it on, and a report shows its price in credits before you build it. On Pro, compare sites or clinics with cross-tabs.

4.Act, and keep personal data out of the report

An automation rule can email you when a rating crosses a value you set, and the follow-up tracker gives each response that needs action a status, an owner and a due date. Protect finds personal data such as tax file and Medicare numbers in a survey's responses, and shared results and reports mask it.

Questions people ask

Can patients answer anonymously?

Yes. Anonymous collection keeps their IP address, browser details and invitation identity out of the saved response. Routine security logs on our servers are separate and keep IP addresses for up to 30 days, an abuse-protection record keeps the IP address for 48 hours, and our network provider sees each request. The Privacy Policy sets this out.

Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?

No. Both are on our list as “under consideration”, and we do not claim either. The Security page names every provider that processes data. Thisys is a feedback tool, not a clinical record, so do not use it to hold clinical notes.

What if someone puts their Medicare number in a comment?

Protect detects Medicare, tax file and ABN numbers and card numbers using their checksums. Shared results, shared responses and shared reports mask them, and from a finding you can strip the found values from that response in one audited action.

What does it cost?

Free covers unlimited surveys and 1,000 answers a month, which is about 100 complete responses to a 10-question survey. Pro is US$19 a month and adds a link per site, cross-tabs, consent notices and retention windows. Business is US$99 a month and adds a team workspace of up to 10, webhooks and quotas. Prices exclude taxes.
