Free Consultation Booking Request template
Accountants, lawyers and consultants: the matter in brief, any deadline, who the advice is for, format and times.
10 questions · 4 pages · about 4 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Professional advisers spend the opening of a first consultation finding out what it is about. This booking request lets the client say it first: the area of advice (tax, legal, strategy, financial planning or compliance), what happened and what they want to achieve, whether a deadline applies and its date, who the advice is for, how they would like to meet, which times suit, and what they most want to come away with.
Replace [Your practice, and the advice you give] on the opening page and [one business day] in the closing note. The deadline date is asked only when there is one, and nothing asks for documents: those are better shared once you have agreed to act.
